Role Overview : As an Entry Level Community Outreach Associate, you will play a crucial role in implementing community outreach strategies, engaging with community members, and promoting our programs and initiatives.
You will work closely with the outreach team to identify opportunities for collaboration and build strong connections with local communities.
Key Responsibilities : Community Engagement : Actively engage with community members to promote awareness of our programs and services.
Event Participation : Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in community events, workshops, and meetings. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
Information Sharing : Distribute informational materials and communicate key messages to community members. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from community members to assess needs and improve outreach efforts.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with the outreach team to develop and implement effective strategies. Reporting : Document and report on outreach activities and outcomes to measure impact and success.
Qualifications : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for community engagement and social change. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in community outreach, volunteering, or related fields is a plus but not required;
