Flooring Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our diverse range of projects.

Job Description : As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

You will manage and lead cross-functional teams, oversee all aspects of project implementation, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Do take-offs.
• Order materials.
• Schedule installers.
• Clear and direct communication with site supers and GC’s.
• Manage materials and logistics.
• Manage projects and teams.
• Plan and implement projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, solving problems and making decisions as necessary.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to all stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management in flooring, cabinets & countertops.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive and outgoing personality.
• 100% focused on a winning attitude.
• Experience in flooring, cabinets & counter tops. (marble and granite)
