The Operating RoomClinical Nurse contributes to the creation of a compassionate andcaring environment for patients, families and colleagues throughdisplays of kindness and active listening.
Recognizes andappreciates that each employee's work is valuable and contributesto the success of the Mission. Effectively manages the care ofpatients undergoing surgery.
Hourly Range : $36.73 -$60.93
Implementsphysician orders, administers medications, starts IVs, performstreatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment asrequired by company policy and local / state / federal rules andregulations.
Orders, interprets, andevaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients'conditions.
Assesses and evaluates patientneeds for, and responses to, care rendered.
Applies sound nursing judgment in patient care managementdecisions.
Provides primary and emergencycare for occupational and non-occupational injuries andillnesses.
Administers over-the-counter andprescription medications as ordered.
Collaborates with the nursing team to create a Plan of Carefor all patients.
Directs and guidesancillary personnel and maintain standards of professionalnursing.
