Job Description : As a Call Center Agent at Elite Branding, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
You will assist clients by answering questions, guiding them through processes, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our brand.
This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Record and update customer information in our database.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
