Director of Major Projects
Location : St. Louis County, MO
Overview : Lead strategic redevelopment initiatives across St. Louis County as the Director of Major Projects at STL Partnership.
Manage complex commercial construction and infrastructure projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive community redevelopment solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct strategic redevelopment activities and oversee property acquisition and construction.
- Manage design, procurement, and execution of commercial and infrastructure projects.
- Administer project financing, documentation, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with community investment efforts to drive redevelopment strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, urban planning, or related field. Master's preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of real estate development and economic principles.
