Position : Contract role - expected 6 months
Location : Diamond Bar, CA 91765
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5pm, onsite
Pay : $45p / h

What’s a typical day as a Marketing Operations and Production Manager? You’ll be :
- Developing, coordinating, and producing marketing deliverables for association business units and stakeholders.
- Managing implementation of approved marketing plans across various channels.
- Leading the project management platform / software used by the marketing team.
- Overseeing workflow management and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
- Building positive client relationships and maintaining agreed-upon timelines.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Have 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, and marketing strategy.
- Hold a PMP (Project Management) Certification.
- Have expertise in utilizing project management platforms.
- Possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Have excellent written and communication skills.
- Are data-driven and analytical.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Have experience in the automotive aftermarket industry or nonprofit industry (a plus).
