The Job :
As a Senior Product Manager , you'll be part of our Outdoor Power Equipment team working as an Onsite employee. You'll get to :
- Responsible for development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for the profitable management of positioning, gross margins, collateral materials & point-of-purchase.
- Conduct user research to identify market opportunities and drive decision making for projects in development.
- Manage and lead the milestone process for new product development, ensuring the process is followed correctly.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle process.
- Understand the trends in the industry and related industries and develop a deep understanding of the end user in order to incorporate these insights into successful new product launches.
- Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in Product Development.
- Proven experience in the consumer goods or construction goods industry.
- Financial acumen and analytical ability with a strategic mindset.
- Strong research skills, with attention to detail.
- Presentation skills - to be able to create and present product updates to both small and large audiences.
- End user obsession, consumer-first mindset.
- A "can-do" attitude - the desire to go above and beyond in all you do.
- Team spirit combined with a high level of autonomy.
