Job Title : Procurement Manager (Grant Compliance)
Contract Duration : 3 to 6 months
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Manager for a 3 to 6-month contract to oversee procurement activities related to grant compliance.
This role will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, and supporting pre-award grant activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within a grant-funded environment and be familiar with federal, state, and organizational grant regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage procurement activities in alignment with grant requirements, ensuring all purchases and contracts comply with grant guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with program managers, finance, and grant teams to ensure that procurement strategies align with grant objectives and timelines.
Lead pre-award grant procurement activities, including preparing budgets, developing procurement plans, and ensuring compliance with funding agency requirements.
Review and manage vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with grant terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
Work closely with grant management and finance teams to ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance throughout the procurement process.
Monitor grant-related procurement timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a grant-funded environment.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and organizational grant regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience with pre-award grant activities is a plus.
