B’s Bistro is located at the corner of Royal and Iberville Streets. Cindy Brennan and her famous restaurant family opened Mr.
B’s in 1979 and it has become a true French quarter fixture famous for deft cooking of regional specialties in a casual bistro setting.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Mr. B's Bistro in New Orleans, LA. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is a plus
