Senior Property Accountant Duties
- Oversee the AP and AR team and liaise with the owners
- Handle reconciliations and book journal entries
- Ensure accuracy of AP for approval of payments
- Assist with month end close
- Interpret financial data and reports
- Assist the controller with tasks as for month end close and along with reconciliations of accounts.
- Able to step in and assist with any accounting tasks as needed; must be a team player
Senior Property Accountant Skills And Experience
- 5+ years of related commercial, real estate, or property experience
- Tech savvy
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience with invoicing platform Appfolio or Yardi is a plus
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Hours for the Senior Property Accountant are Monday through Friday 8 : 30-4 : 30
