Responsibilities :
- Manage hotel reservations handling inquiries making bookings and confirming room availability
- Interact with guests through phone email and inperson addressing reservation inquiries changes and cancellations
- Assist guests during checkin and checkout ensuring a seamless process and attending to special requests or concerns
- Collect payment information process reservations and issue invoices or receipts as necessary
