This is a full time position supporting our CHC location in Bristol, CT. Join our primary care team in delivering full primary care and urgent care services in a patient centered medical facility.

As a Urgent Care Provider for Community Health Center, you will : Assess and treat common acute and episodic illness in patients of all ages.
