Job Description
The Business Process Engineer will provide change management and program process improvement support to United States Cyber Command’s (USCC) J8 Capabilities and Resources Integration Directorate.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide program support by assisting with reports, presentations, graphs, tables, and charts. Ensure that data entered within task tools (Excel / SharePoint) is accurate and on-time.
- Coordinate with Government Stakeholders to identify and define operating standards and processes.
- Analyze current Program / Project development and management processes and products, collect, and report performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Assist the Government in researching, reviewing, and developing acquisition policy documents.
- Support the maintenance of program processes and associated tools necessary to affect improvement.
- Assist Program Managers in planning and performing risk management by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring, program / project risks.
- Provide advisory assistance to process improvement teams.
Qualifications
Master's degree required plus 10 years of experience in relevant experience. In lieu of a Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 2 years of experience in performing requirements for a total of 12 years;
or HS diploma / Associate's degree with an additional 6 years of experience in performing requirements for a total of 16 years.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma is desired.
- Power BI and / or other data visualization tools.
- Expertise with change management and interacting at all levels including technical professionals and other SMEs.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite products : Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and / or multi-stakeholder environment (preferred).
Security Clearance Requirements
Candidate must possess a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / / SCI) level clearance with CI polygraph.
