Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, a customer-focused global provider of high voltage power supplies, X-Ray generator and Monoblocks® - provides custom products for medical diagnostic imaging, scientific research, security, industrial process controls, semiconductor manufacturing and undersea data transmission.
The Production Manager oversees all aspects of the manufacturing process. This individual will have the opportunity to develop and implement manufacturing and production plans, schedules, and targets.
This role is an integral piece in assisting Spellman in achieving our production goals and processes, in order, to consistently meet the demands of our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage all aspects of the organization's manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement plans to efficiently utilize materials, labor, and equipment.
Ensure that all parts, assemblies, and final products are produced on schedule and according to established requirements.
Develops manufacturing and production plans, schedules, and targets. Resolve issues and contribute to the business unit / area development.
Manage the work efforts of supervisors / individual contributors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Broad knowledge of the field with strong leadership skills.
Requires 6 plus years of experience and at least one year of leadership responsibility.
Our good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $98,491. - $113,160. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Must be able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods;
able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis; able to perform general office administrative activities : copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone.
