Look no further!! CSI Companies is looking to hire a Sales Representative for our client, a state-of-the-art personalized compound and retail pharmacy located in Jacksonville, FL!
Status : Contract-to-hire
Location : Jacksonville, FL 32224 On-site
Compensation : $17-20 / hour, based on experience, PLUS monthly bonus!! (Metric dependent)
Hours : M-F, 8 : 30am 5pm
Essential Duties :
- Establish customer base and business relationships
- Cold call 75-100 doctors and other medical staff per day
- Persuade doctors to prescribe medications to appropriate patients
- Keep detailed records of all contacts
- Maintain a computer database to record all sales
- Deliver electronic marketing messages to healthcare professionals
- Implement knowledge of diseases and pharmacology
- Answer questions about medicines and possible side effects
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical specialties and prescription insurances
- Develop strategies to approach potential customers and grow sales
- Assist in creating territory strategies, account planning, budget planning, and other projects assigned by management
- Maintain the highest ethical business standards
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- High volume outbound call experience required; healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows and Apple iPad platform, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1-3 years prior sales experience; business to business sales experience or previous pharmaceutical sales experience is preferred
- Must be self-motivated, able to prioritize, professional, and organized
