You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting & installs, electrical etc. A Lead Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to oversee other maintenance personnel, communicate daily with manager, completing service requests and turning units.
Competitive compensation package based on knowledge, skill level, and experience.Responsibilities : Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standardsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.
Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessaryMaintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionalityInspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when neededPerform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.
Appliance repair & troubleshootingConduct general upkeep procedures, pool maintenance, and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.
On call responsibilities as assigned by property managerSkills : 3-5 years in multi-family industryProven experience as maintenance technicianStrong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drying walling, painting, etc.
