Our client, a national law firm is seeking a Paralegal for their Charleston, SC office. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid schedule.
Job Responsibilities :
- Work individually on pleadings, E-discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research and trial support
- Draft and send approved correspondence and other forms / documents and assemble binders
- Backup front desk coverage, handling conference room reservations, back-up support to legal secretaries
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidates have 3+ years of litigation experience
- Insurance defense experience
- Proficiency in document management software (i.e., Relativity and Pro), electronic filing (including CM / ECF) and trial presentation software preferred
Compensation / Benefits :
- $60,000-$85,000 annual salary
