Position Overview :
DRB Homes has entry-level opportunities in production, sales, purchasing, and land across multiple divisions. As an Entry-Level Associate at DRB Homes, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of the homebuilding industry.
This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Whether you have a background in business, construction, engineering, design, or any other field, we are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about starting their careers with us.

Key Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination : Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Customer Interaction : Support our customer service team to ensure that our clients have a positive and smooth experience throughout the homebuilding process.
- Administrative Support : Handle various administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with experienced team members across departments to learn the ins and outs of the homebuilding process and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications :
- Education : Recent college graduates or upcoming graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes : Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience : Previous internships or related experience is a plus but not required.
