Team Worldwide is looking for qualified individuals to acquire ownership of our independent agency in the Miami market. The Miami operation has contractual rights to both the Miami and Ft.
Lauderdale geographic area.
Team Worldwide, based in Winnsboro, Texas was established in 1979 and has office locations in over 46 cities within North America.
Each office is independently owned and provides logistics and freight forwarding services to their client base both domestically and internationally (air, land and sea).
Managing Directors / Agency owners fulfill a critical role at Team Worldwide in terms of generating revenue, business development, operational leadership, brand recognition, customer service, supply chain solutions and complete P&L responsibility.
Team Worldwide can provide you the back office support so your individual business can focus on customers, revenue growth and generating profit.

Requirements :
- Successful agency owners have a strong business development background, combined with a good operational knowledge within the freight forwarding industry.
- Past experience in running a branch or a small business, accountable to a P&L statement, developing a book of business and hiring talented personnel are keys to your success.
