Practice Details :
- Stand-alone clinic for in-person visits. Virtual visits available
- Average 8 patients per day
- MA support to manage a 450 max total patient panel
- Specialists available for referrals
Compensation & Benefits :
- Guaranteed base salary with a bonus model
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
- PTO, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage are included
