Duties :
- Handle a broad range of immigration matters including petitions, consular matters, waivers, removal proceedings, and appeals.
- Draft and file legal petitions, applications, and court filings with USCIS, DOJ, DOL, and DOS.
- Represent clients in various immigration-related proceedings and appeals.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
- Provide written and oral advice to clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Deliver exceptional client service with a focus on resolving complex legal matters.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney handling immigration cases.
- Bi-lingual proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- Ability to think creatively and resourcefully in solving legal challenges.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the California State Bar (or the ability to obtain admission promptly).
Skills :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
