The Director, AI Provider Product Strategy is responsible for developing and guiding the Provider Operations AI product strategy, feature prioritization, and go-to-market approaches for AI-driven products. The director will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create specifications, and develop data-driven product strategies. Additionally, the role includes creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, and developing actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company. The director will work closely with business, technology, UX and product teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and user needs. The person in this role services as an expert on a wide range of AI / ML techniques and optimizations, providing guidance on product strategy, feature prioritization, and go-to-market approaches for AI-driven products.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
