Certified / Licensed HVAC Technician(1687113)$30 - 40 per hour / DOE
Medford, OR
Full Time; Temp-To-Hire

Daily Workflow :
Complete all general HVAC in-home / commercial service and maintenance calls.
Work with dispatch, managers, and other in-house staff to ensure smooth operations for completed and incomplete jobs.
Maintain a clean and inventoried truck as well as keeping jobsites clean if not cleaner then when you arrived.
Follow up on any open work orders.
Initial startup of new systems
We’re Seeking :
Must have Universal EPA card or able to obtain one
Certifications with N.A.T.E. and training in HVAC, preferred
2 years of field experience in Residential / Commercial HVAC Service, preferred
Completion of either a trade school or HVAC apprentice program
Low voltage electrical license, preferred
Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers in person, by phone and email
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work in small spaces
Must be highly motivated, detailed oriented, able to multi-task, be highly skilled in problem solving and accurate resolutions, have a keen sense of urgency, be flexible, and demonstrate the ability to follow through on tasks timely and effectively
Must pass drug test (THC ok)
Must pass background check
Must pass DMV records check
Schedule :
Monday Friday 7 am - 4 : 30 pm
