SUMMARY :
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the team, specializing in the tint dispensing and mixing industry.
The ideal candidate will drive the development of cutting-edge mechanical and structural designs, from initial concept through to production.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for tint dispensing and mixing equipment.
- Apply deep expertise in mechanical and structural engineering to create innovative solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of fluid dynamics, with a focus on non-Newtonian fluids, to enhance product performance.
- Design and integrate stepper motor systems for precise control of dispensing and mixing operations.
- Design and develop components using molding, sheet metal, and machining techniques.
- Develop and optimize pump systems for efficient and reliable tint dispensing and mixing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet functional, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
- Conduct simulations, testing, and validation of designs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate new technologies and methodologies.
EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience and extensive experience in mechanical and structural engineering.
- Proven experience in the design and development of systems involving fluid dynamics, preferably non-Newtonian fluids.
- Significant experience in pump development and optimization.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for designing and modeling components utilizing preferably SolidWorks. Experienced to use CAD for preparation of design documents (Drawing, BOM, Assembly Drawing etc.)
- Experience with stepper motors and their integration into mechanical systems.
- Experience with manufacturing processes such as molding, sheet metal fabrication, and machining.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Work in a shopfloor / manufacturing environment.

Pay : $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
