Commercial Mitigation Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, reliable, and personable candidate for our restoration client in Olathe, KS.

Candidate will manage the production of large commercial losses, budgeting, and quality control. An excellent Mitigation Project Manager must be well-versed in all Mitigation procedures and able to coordinate a team of in-house employees and outside vendors to achieve the best results.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical mind and great organizational skills, excellent time management skills, possess high attention to detail, and truly enjoy providing superior service to external and internal customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage large scale, emergency and storm damage jobs to completion, according to established processes
• Maintain efficient job flow, including coordinating requirements for the job and performing / supervising work being done
• Effectively communicate with external customers, reviewing the process and answering questions
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations by production personnel
• Utilize available equipment and technology to effectively complete all job requirements, including job documentation and completion of required forms and records
• Monitor all aspects of the job to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Xactimate software for estimating needs
• Previous estimating / bid writing and Project Manager experience required
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to recognize and solve problems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new software
• Ability to work safely as defined by company safety standards and procedures
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Valid Driver’s License
• IICRC certifications preferred

Pay : $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
