Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Construction Drywall Estimator at ShepCo Commercial Finishes in Greater Indianapolis, with flexibility for remote work.
The Estimator will be responsible for conducting construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Cost Management skills
- Strong Communication and Budgeting abilities
- Experience in commercial construction estimating
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of drywall installation techniques is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Compensation is based upon experience :
Annual salary of $90,000 to $120,000 plus benefits
