FirstFour Staffing is assisting our client with their need for a Human Resources Manager.
This leadership role will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities will include :
- Oversee HR functions and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Develops organization strategies, HR objectives, metrics
- Recruit, onboard, retain, and develop talent
- Oversight of performance review and management program
- Compensation planning
- Accidents and Worker’s Compensation claims
- HRIS maintenance and relative reporting
Successful candidates will have :
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP cert preferred
- MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
