We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Supervisor to join our team and lead our personal lines department.
Position Overview : As a Personal Lines Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the personal lines team, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient processing of insurance policies, and compliance with industry standards.
You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of personal lines agents, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and Lead : Manage the daily activities of the personal lines team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Training and Development : Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Customer Service : Oversee customer service interactions, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Policy Management : Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Compliance : Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies, implementing necessary changes and updates.
- Performance Monitoring : Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.
- Licensing : Active insurance license in personal lines required.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Focused : Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues effectively.
