You'll play a vital role in completing HEDIS Measures and setting up comprehensive assessments such as Annual Wellness & Quality Gap Care visits for our members in their homes.

We are hiring in the state of Maine. The applicants must be local and have reliable transportation.
- Schedule : *
- 40 hours of availability, Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 pm
- Seeing between 6-8 patients per day.

- $25 - $30 per hour
- What You’ll Do : *
- Perform complex patient-oriented testing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
- Deliver a warm, caring experience for our members.
- Maintain high member satisfaction and efficient communication.
- Requirements : *
- 75 Mile travel radius
- Experience with Optical Screenings
- Licensed CNA with at least 1 Year of experience
- Active LPN / LVN License with at least 1 Year of experience
- You are proficient in telemedicine tools and comfortable in an in-home setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers or CPR / AED is required.
- Experience in Internal Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred.
