As a Level II Maintenance Technician you willsupport our manufacturing operations by providing a full range ofmulticraft equipment maintenance with focus on reliability andmaintainability.

Shift : 3rd Shift 11pm thru7am

This is an hourly position withovertime

  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions usinglogical and systematic methodologies.
  • Installand perform alignment on mechanical drivesystems.
  • Complete all assigned preventive tasksincluding major service andoverhaul.
  • Replacement of identified failedparts or components.
  • Adjust equipment to bringit into operational specifications.
  • Maintainmachinery lubrication requirements.
  • Recommendprocess or procedure changes based on observed equipment behavior.
  • Testing of electrical systems and continuityof circuits in electrical wiring using testing devices such asohmmeters and voltmeters to ensure proper operation and safety ofsystem.
  • Install examine replace or repairelectrical wiring receptacles switch boxes conduits lightingfixtures and other electrical components.
  • Maintain current and accurate maintenance datato determine establish historical records and future maintenancerequirements.
  • Train and mentor juniortechnicians and operators on proper equipment service andcondition.
  • Maintain an attitude of learning tostay current with maintenance procedures and equipment.
  • Complete an annual Maintenance SkillsAssessment and perform assigned training activities based onassessment results.

Requirements

  • High school graduate orequivalent.
  • Strong Mechanical andElectrical background.
  • Possessesstrong computer skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook CMMSetc.).
  • Ability to interpret technicaldrawings schematics and OEM manuals.
  • Understanding of manufacturingprocesses and manufacturing equipment.
  • Must be familiar with normal shopequipment such as drill press band saw and portable power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpretprecision measuring devices.
  • Abilityto mentor and train other technicians on the maintenanceteam.
  • Must be capable of handlingmultiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Successful completionof certification testing.
  • 2yearTechnical Degree desired.
  • Minimum of5 years of industrial manufacturing or comparable skillsdemonstration required.
