Server / Bartender
Purpose :
As the Server / Bartender you will be responsible for ensuring that guests get top quality food and drinks in a clean and safe environment while executing Service Philosophy. (see below)
Follow Guest Service Methodology.
Manage your section of 5-7 tables with a high level of engagement including bussing
tables and running food and drinks per teamwork-centric service model.
Follow all Guest Service Steps marked out in SOP.
Ensure a positive mental attitude and greet all guests with enthusiasm and
friendliness.
Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in
a friendly manner.
Performs side work and finds ways to help team during non-busy hours.
Speaks to guests with enthusiasm at all times and ensure that guests have a
positive and memorable experience at Brick.
Attend to guests during their entire dining / drinking experience.
Provides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards.
Identifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner.
Communicates with every member of the team with 100% callbacks.
Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to be in position.
Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
Maintains full knowledge of menus, drinks, recipes, and other pertinent information
while increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at Brick.
Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
Prepares work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing in accordance with company
standards. Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
Clocks in for work in full uniform, ready to work.
Maintains full knowledge of menus, drinks, recipes, and other pertinent information
while increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services.
Be a subject matter expert in all areas of the bar operations to provide effective
leadership the bar staff.
Ensure all cash handling processes and procedures are being followed
Performs other duties as assigned.
