What the role involves :
As a highly organized and proactive Events Hospitality Manager based in Colorado, this is an opportunity to join our events team at Input Output.
You will support events held in our Longmont office and assist with travel arrangements for the leadership team. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of in-office events, provide white-glove travel support to the CEO, assist with office management, and help with property management.
On-Site Event Management
- Coordinate and support in-office events , ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently, from audio visual, to transportation, catering, and office supplies
- Attend external events with the President and CEO as requested, providing on-site assistance and support
Property Management Support
- Support the management of company properties, including houses and office space
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly
Office Management Support
- Assist with day-to-day office management tasks, ensuring the office environment is professional and well-organized
- Provide administrative support to the office management team as needed
Requirements
Who you are :
- Experienced white glove hospitality professional
- Proven experience in event management
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Ability to travel as required
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, based on event schedules
Benefits
IOG is a fully distributed organization but due to this role requiring close coordination with the executive team, you’ll need to be within commuting distance of Longmont, Colorado.
The base salary for this position has a range of $80 up to $95k per year at the commencement of employment. Any offer is determined by overall experience and performance during the interview process.
