Job Responsibilities & Expectations To Include :
- Conducting pre-cleared client intake zoom meetings and documenting cases details
- Evaluating client cases and collecting follow-up documentation needed
- Meeting with team of internal Attorneys to review case details
- Maintaining empathy during intake sessions and delivering a high level of client service
Requirements :
- JD degree from an ABA accredited law school with an active bar membership in NJ
- Available during normal business hours EST
- 2-3 years of experience in issue spotting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong legal writing and organization skills
- An understanding of how to be empathetic with clients
Bonus Experience :
- Employment and / or civil litigation experience
- Experience as an Intake Attorney
Compensation : The compensation rate for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $60,000 - $67,500 annually.
