$55k $60k
Position Overview :
The Billing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the billing process and performing complex billing duties.
Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist :
- Prepare and analyze complex client billing
- Create, edit, and process bills
- Handle any billing corrections and e-billing coordination
- Generate and review information in 3E
- Act as liaison between different billing parties
- Contact clients regarding outstanding issues
- Assist with year-end close and reports
Qualifications for the Billing Specialist :
- 1+ years of billing experience in the legal industry is preferred
- 2+ years of billing experience
- Elite billing software experience is highly preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Education Requirements :
Associate’s degree is preferred
