KeyResponsibilities :
- Route : Operate inall Northeast states including all of New England and as far southas Virginia.
- FreightHandling : Transport freight that requires 100% touch(full hand unload using a conveyorbelt).
- Training : Complete a training program of 200250 hours behind thewheel.
- SafetyCompliance : Maintain a clean driving record andadhere to all safety regulations.
Compensation :
- Weekly Earnings : Average $1700.
- PayStructure : $0.80 $0.85 CPM based onexperience.
- Mileage : Average betweenmiles perweek.
- Extra StopPay : Earn an additional $15 for each extrastop.
Home Time :
- Schedule : Driverswill be out for 14 days with 3448 hours at home every otherweek.
- Convenience : Option to take the truck home during breaks.

Experienced DriverRequirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 12months or 1 year in the last 5years.
- DrivingRecord : No more than 2 moving violations in the last12 months; no serious trafficviolations.
- AccidentHistory : No more than 1 DOT recordable preventableaccident in the last 2 years and no major accidents in the last 5years.
- JobHistory : No more than 4 jobs in the last 12 months;cannot have been let go for safetyviolations.
- Drug &Alcohol Tests : Must not have failed a DOT drug oralcohol test.
TraineeRequirements :
- Age : Must be atleast 21 years old with a valid Class ACDL.
- DrivingRecord : Clean record with no serious violations inthe last 5 years (only one DUI allowed in alifetime).
- CriminalBackground : No misdemeanors or felonies in the last10 years especially involvingchildren.
- Drug & AlcoholTests : Must not have failed or refused a DOT drug oralcohol test.
- UnemploymentHistory : No more than 6 months of unemployment inthe last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
