We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, fluent in both English and Spanish, to join our team as a Front Desk Associate & Treatment Plan Coordinator.

Key Responsobilities
Treatment Coordination :
Coordinate treatment plans for patients, including explaining treatment options, costs, and scheduling procedures.
Front Desk :
- Ensure smooth operation and excellent customer service.
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Insurance & Financials :
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately.
- Collect payments and manage financial transactions.
Administrative Support :
- Maintain patient records and ensure their confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the dental office.
- Grow and manage front desk duties for our esthetics studio space.
Marketing & Event Coordination :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and other marketing channels.
- Plan and coordinate events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Patient Experience / Customer Service :
- Implement high standards of customer service and patient care.
- Review patient feedback and implement improvements.
- Train and mentor front desk staff on customer service best practices.
- Coordinate with clinical staff for seamless patient transitions.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards.
- Proactively address patient concerns and resolve issues.
- Must be bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish
Office Environment / Cleanliness & Organization :
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
- Implement infection control and hygiene protocols.
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
