The Commercial Loan Quality Specialist position with Evans Bank is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in commercial banking.
The Commercial Loan Quality Specialist will support our Relationship Managers and the Commercial Banking team by receiving, researching, and responding to commercial servicing related inquiries and providing an outstanding experience for internal customers.

What we ask of you :
- Review source documents to interpret loan requirements and functioning on the core system
- Provide an outstanding customer experience by proactively managing the channels through which inquiries come into the Servicing department, performing necessary research to resolve the issues or questions
- Utilize the Bank’s end-to-end commercial lending system to process workflow requirements
- Analyze and research inquiries to provide effective solutions
- Index and image loan documentation
- Develop and update department procedures
- Review credit approval / presentation and executed legal documentation to ensure proper boarding to the Bank’s core system
- Adhere to established regulatory requirements
- Assist with various monthly and quarterly reports as needed
- Manage and complete special projects as needed
Experience and competencies :
- Experience in commercial loan servicing strongly preferred
- Quality Review experience strongly preferred
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team Player attitude
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Ability to perform research and provide solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
This position is anticipated to pay a base rate between $18.23 / hourly and $26.74 / hourly. This rate does not include potential incentive pay and benefits paid for by the company which may be in addition to the base rate of pay.
The base rate of pay is determined by factors such as required experience, skill set needed, business impact of position, value of budget oversight and people management, among other factors.
Your Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to answer specific questions you may have regarding the base pay range for this position.
