What You'll Do :

As an Installation Professional, you will be a key member of our team responsible for :

• Creating an Unparalleled Experience : Deliver exceptional service by performing at the highest level possible.
• Installation & Maintenance : Expertly install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Efficient Resource Management : Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.
• Customer Engagement : Collect payment and / or payment information from customers for work performed.
• Vehicle & Equipment Care : Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order.
• Administrative Tasks : Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Cross-Training : Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.

Job Requirements :

• Can-Do Attitude : A positive and proactive approach to work.
• Professional Appearance & Personality : Maintain a professional image and demeanor.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Experienced Residential HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge : Proven expertise in the field.
• CFC Certification : Required for the role.
• Valid Driver’s License : A clean driving record is a must.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
• Local or Relocating : We welcome candidates who are already living in Sioux Falls or looking to move to this vibrant city.
