About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Enterprise Architect to join our team. As the Cloud Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our clients' organizations, driving the development and execution of robust enterprise architecture strategies that align with their business goals and foster innovation and growth.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning : Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop cloud strategies that support their long-term objectives.

Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging cloud trends and technologies.

Architecture Design : Lead the design and development of cloud architectures that meet the scalability, reliability, security, and performance requirements of our clients' applications and workloads.

Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing team of cloud architects and engineers. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to enable team members to excel in their roles.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership on cloud adoption and transformation initiatives.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Delivery : Oversee the implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take proactive measures to address them.

Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cloud architectures, processes, and workflows.

Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness through automation and innovation.

This role will be mainly based in Dallas, TX and travel to Mexico and other client locations will be required.

About You

You’ll bring extensive innovation and design experience gained through a combination of industry and consulting roles. You will be comfortable developing and strengthening peer-to-peer level relationships at all levels with our clients.

Ideally, you will have as much of the following experience as possible :

• Extensive experience in IT architecture, with a focus on cloud technologies.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
