Job Description : Reception Supervisor
Location : Frisco, TX
Salary : $24 - $28 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Reception Supervisor to oversee our front office team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hospitality operations, demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a dynamic team of receptionists, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding service.
- Guest Relations : Manage guest feedback and complaints effectively, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Efficiency : Oversee daily reception operations, including check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and billing processes.
- Training and Development : Conduct regular training sessions for staff, focusing on customer service excellence and operational procedures.
- Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with proven experience in front office operations.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
