Job Title : General Manager Interspiro Inc.

Reports to : Niclas Gyllbrink; Vice President Group Marketing and Sales of Interspiro

Direct Reports : Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Service Technicians, Product Engineer

Job Type : Full-time, Salaried

Location : Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Position Overview :

The primary responsibility of the General Manager at Interspiro Inc. is to manage the sales organization within the territory of North and South America.

Facilitate interdepartmental communication with sales, product management, engineering, service, and production staff in and outside the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Optimize sales, pricing, and profitability of products, services, and product training.
• Manage and lead sales team members, outdoor as well as inside.
• Facilitate targeting current and potential end users and distributors.
• Facilitate key account management.
• Overall responsibility for quality management and quality reporting.
• Overall responsibility for service, training and technical support.

Required Skills and Abilities :

• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related programs.
• Must be able to learn other software systems.
• Technical Experience and understanding.
• Experience of navigating in complex and bureaucratic procurement organizations.
• Being a team player with high multifaceted communication skills.
• Possess a strong inner drive to succeed and manage new challenges.
• Strong organizational and structurization skills.

Education :

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant years of work experience applicable.

Work Experience :

Several years of experience of managing a successful sales experience in a highly competitive and complex marketplace
