Job Title : Machine Operator
Job Description
- Our client is a leading advanced material provider for the composite and protective markets. At their site in Charlotte, they manufacture soft armor.
- In the weaver operator position, you will be in charge of making circuit looms, bombing the yarn, and ensuring the quality of the product.
- You will pick count and identify any defects or anomalies in the fabric as the machine will not work when there are defects.
- You will flag down the fixer apprentices if a quality issue is identified.
- You will primarily work on the air jet loom and Rapier loom.
Hard Skills
- Setting up the weaver machine
- Threading needles by hand
- Inspecting product to ensure patterns are correct

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina.
Work Environment
7 AM - 7 PM, 2x2x3 schedule. One opening on A shift and another on B shift.
