BOICMPay Rate : $22.00 / hourSchedule : Monday thru Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pmPrimary Job Duties : With limited supervision inspects and verifies accuracy of incoming materials against packing lists, freight tickets, bills of lading, shipping manifests, and purchase orders.
Fills requisitions for materials and supplies by retrieving materials from storage and obtaining proper signatures and authorizations prior to release of the materials.
Using established standards and appropriate rigging, inspects and operates various types of forklifts and man-lift to move, store, retrieve materials, loads / unloads flatbed trailers, cargo trailers and curtain vans.
Inspects and operates light duty trucks to deliver materials and equipment to work crews or other warehouse locations. Follow processes and record keeping procedures established for Material Handlers to record movement of material.
Required SkillsOne year of materials handling, or utility material & equipment knowledge and experience, or an equivalent combination of appropriate training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preferred : 1 to 4-years of materials handling experience utilizing an electronic inventory management systemThis is a 3 month contracted position with possibility of extension based on attendance and job performance.
