Brief Overview :
Amwell is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to join the Marketing team. We are seeking an experienced and passionate marketer with experience marketing healthcare technology and services in the Provider, Payer, and Employer market segments.
As the Head of Product Marketing, you must be a strong collaborator and drive effective relationships across other functional teams, such as Product Management, Sales, Growth Operations, Customer Success, Professional Services.
You will need to undertake and oversee a continuous assessment, definition, and communication of market research, competitive intelligence, market dynamics, market segmentation, ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and route-to-market strategy.
In addition to enabling the product strategy, you must ensure that compelling and impactful communications are created and delivered including positioning, messaging, storylines, and content.
The product marketing leader must develop and execute programs for sustained marketing impact across demand generation, ABM programs, sales enablement, and field marketing.
The product marketing leader will rely on data and technology to streamline processes and improve results.
Beyond marketing and technical skills, the product marketing leader must be a skilled manager helping to shape direction, ensure proper resourcing, and make adjustments based on KPIs.
Your performance will be measured by pipeline and revenue contribution, shortening of sales cycles, increased win rates, growth in net new or expansion revenue, growth in market awareness and demand, and achievement of customer retention and expansion goals.

The product marketing leader must be an orchestrator, ensuring all relevant groups collaborate on and execute a shared go-to-market strategy.
The role will have primary or shared responsibilities for :
Performing market research (primary or secondary) to segment the market and establish buyer insight, identifying what opportunities, challenges and dynamics exist for the Amell and its individual productsDeveloping go-to-market strategies to bring products and solutions to market through effective launches to capitalize on those opportunitiesPlanning and managing product launches and releasing communications in concert with other functions, including product management, and external communicationsGuiding, creating and delivering messaging and content to communicate value to the marketPersuading and engaging with various market and influencer audiences by demonstrating solid communication skills in both written and presentation form, including becoming an "evangelist" and spokesperson for the companyManaging and supporting voice of the customer (VoC) initiatives and programsImplementing and refining programs to drive the impact of marketing : Collaborating with the demand generation team to create and execute high-response campaignsEnabling direct and indirect (partner) sales teamsLeading or supporting account-based marketing (ABM) initiativesFostering customer loyalty, satisfaction, retention and growth through customer marketing and advocacyApplying technology and data to increase marketing reach, grow demand, streamline processes and make more informed decisionsManaging the performance of the product marketing team, programs and collaboration with other stakeholders to achieve business outcomesPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree' MBA or equivalent preferreHealthcare Technology Marketing Experience to Payers, Providers, and EmployersExperience with Gartner, Forrester, Pragmatic or similar frameworks10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare or technology organizationA minimum of 5-7 years in marketing management rolesExcellent presentation, relationship-building and project management skillsStrong command of Excel and PowerPointExperience and comfort with marketing technologies (automation, tracking and analytics, etc.

Salaried, Exempt Roles :
The typical base salary range for this position is $169,000 - $233,000. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance.
Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role.
Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
