Description This position is responsible for providing processing, operations and leadership support to the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drives PACE of teams in processing rooms.
- Leads and assists with processing and prioritizing of merchandise receipts in a highly productive manner
- Leads and executes merchandise flow standards, processing center organization
- Accepts inbound shipment and prepares outbound shipment
- Completes cycle counts for database sku integrity
- Understands, adheres to and reinforces brand standards
- Supports physical inventory and markdowns
- Assists supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities and takes a proactive approach to the flow of work
- Effectively communicates with supervisor and associates both orally and in writing
- Partners with supervisor to assist associates in building a team environment through strong floor performance and maintains a positive professional behavior at all times
- Key person in coordinating the training of new hires and current associates
- Promotes and takes an active interest in generating safety awareness
Minimum Salary : $18.75
Maximum Salary : $23.50

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail store or warehouse environment helpful
- Knowledge of PC’s and software and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and interact in a constructive manner
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in all areas
- Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time
- Ability to periodically lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to meet productivity standards after successfully completing training
- Complies with all safety, hazardous material and OSHA training, rules, and reporting to ensure a safe work environment
- Must maintain flexibility regarding job assignments and schedule availability
- Reports to warehouse supervisor
