Position : OTR Company Drivers (Solo)
Pay : 0.57 0.64 CPM
3 months of verifiable experience
Key Benefits :
- Home Time : Out 12 days with 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend
- Freight Coverage : OTR across all 48 states (most freight East of I35)
- No NYC Dispatch : No forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs
- Mileage : Drivers averagemiles per week. HOS and availability affect weekly miles.
- Freight Handling :
- 5060% Drop & Hook
- 4050% Live Unload
- All NoTouch Freight
Equipment :
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworths
- Average Length of Haul : 600 miles
- 24 / 7 Operations Support : Access to operations specialists for driver needs at any time
Compensation :
- SignOn Bonus : $1000
- $500 after the first load
- $500 after 30 days
- Detention Pay : $12.50 per hour after the second hour
- Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 per day
- Mileage Bonus : 3 CPM (based on Safety Mileage & Productivity eligible from the 1st of the month after the hire date)
