Key Responsibilities : Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with IDD in a community setting, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.
Implement and bring to life Individual Support Plans (ISP), enhancing quality of life and fostering independence. Engage in personal care and skill-building activities, positively impacting all aspects of their lives.
Organize outings, events, and social activities to foster inclusion and integration within the community. Ensure accurate documentation of activities and care provided, prioritizing safety and well-being.
What We’re Looking For : Passion for making a difference (must be 18+) Valid driver’s license with the ability to become a company driver.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting approximately 50 lbs. Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills Successful completion of a level II background check Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
