Tuesday-Saturday 7a-3p Hiring Bonus : $1,000 Join our dedicated team at Community Access Services as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As a DSP, you'll provide compassionate support, helping individuals with IDD achieve greater independence, build relationships, and actively participate in their communities.
Key Responsibilities : Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Support in developing and achieving personal goals, fostering independence and self-confidence. Engage individuals served in community activities, outings, and social events.
Monitor and document progress, behaviors, and health status. Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all.
Qualifications : High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus, but not required training will be provided.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Why Join Us?
