NOW HIRING : Registered Nurse ( RN) Supervisor : Full-time 3-11
RN Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
- Monitor residents’ conditions and collaborate with healthcare providers to address any changes
- Oversee the implementation and evaluation of care plans
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional development
- Conduct assessments and ensure accurate documentation of care
- Address any concerns from residents or their families
- Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a high standard of care
RN Supervisor Qualifications :
- High school diploma
- RN Supervisor experience necessary
- Leadership qualities
- LTC / SNF experience
- Serious applicants
