Job Title : Document Control Specialist
Job Description
As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects with accuracy in a timely manner.
You must consistently meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace, maintaining quality and error-free work.
Your tasks will include taking a 'stack' of documents, removing all obstructions like paper clips and staples, maintaining the stack in neat order, and putting it back into totes for digital scanning.
It is a fast-paced role where you are required to remain in your assigned area / table, work quickly, and follow instructions diligently.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Parma, Ohio.
Work Environment
We offer flexible shift timings.
1st shift hours are from 8 am to 4 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
2nd shift is from 3 pm to 11 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
3rd shift is from Sunday to Thursday, 11 pm to 7 am with a 30-minute lunch break.
